(Please read carefully before placing your order) ORDERING: Orders may be made by phone, fax, post or through our web site. If ordering special items by phone, follow up written confirmation is also required. All orders received through our web site will receive a confirmation of order. This will normally be sent by email. Please note that you must receive this confirmation before order processing begins. PAYMENT: Cheque, postal order or credit card details must be enclosed with your order. Garments will not be despatched until FULL PAYMENT is received. Cheques should be made payable to Buttercups Uniforms. Prices are subject to VAT and VAT charges. Credit card transactions carry a surcharge of £2. DELIVERY: Items in stock are dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order. For out of stock items and special orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks. Please contact our office for information on stock levels. Parcels require a signature on delivery. SIZING: If you are unsure of your size, simply contact our office for experienced advice on how to gauge a suitable fit. Our garments come in standard sizes 6 - 18. Larger sizes, length alteration and garments ordered in alternative colours or special trims are subject to 20% surcharge. See our sizing chart for further information. BUTTONS AND FABRIC: Some buttons and fabric are subject to availability. If substitute buttons or fabric are used they will be of similar style and quality. Buttercups Uniforms reserve the right to amend design details and garment colours. LOGO EMBROIDERY: 60p per letter/or minimum charge £5.50 per item - see order form for lettering available. Lettering will be positioned on the right hand side of garment unless otherwise requested. For a free quotation on specialised logo, please forward your logo on disc (in jpeg format). PRICES: All prices exclude VAT, postage and packing. VAT of 21% is calculated and added at the end of checkout. Buttercups Uniforms reserve the right to amend prices without notice. RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return garments that are unworn and unwashed, within 14 days. Please complete the return form on the reverse side of the invoice and enclose this with the garments for an exchange or refund. Please be advised that we are not responsible for return postage. For your own security we recommend that parcels be posted using recorded delivery. A £2.50 restocking charge will be deducted on all returns. The following items may not be exchanged: - Garments made to special order.
- Embroidered items.
- Items with a colour trim other than those appearing in the catalogue.
- Garments made in a colour fabric other than those appearing in the catalogue.
All items must be returned unused and in saleable condition. We regret we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit back to us. Buttercups garments are distinctive and all designs shown in this catalogue are subject to copyright and must not be copied. Buttercups Uniforms Limited will take legal action to assert ownership of copyright against any parties if it is believed that a breach of its intellectual property has taken place.
