35 Years Anniversary Draw - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction:
1.1. The Buttercups Uniforms “35 Years Anniversary Draw” (hereinafter referred to as the "Draw") is organized and conducted by Buttercups Uniforms (hereinafter referred to as "Buttercups"), a company registered in Ireland.
2. Eligibility:
- 2.1. The Draw is open to all customers who place orders with Buttercups Uniforms totaling €60/£60 or more (excluding shipping costs) between November 6, 2023, and December 31, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
3. Prize:
3.1. The main prize is a 5-year Uniform Subscription, which entitles the winner to select one uniform (one tunic and one trousers or one dress) from Buttercups' range each year, for five consecutive years, free of charge.
3.2. The winner will be responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery fees.
3.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
4. Draw Date:
- 4.1. The winner of the Draw will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on January 8, 2024.
5. Notification of the Winner:
5.1. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
5.2. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, a new winner will be drawn and contacted.
6. Publicity:
- 6.1. By participating in the Draw, entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Draw, without additional compensation.
7. General Terms:
7.1. Employees of Buttercups Uniforms and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
7.2. Buttercups Uniforms reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates the Draw's terms and conditions.
7.3. Buttercups Uniforms reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Draw at any time without notice.
7.4. By entering the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
