Please fill out all details requested on the form, including the product code, size, colour, reason for return and quantity of the items you want to return to us.
Please tick the refund box if you require a refund with no exchange.
Please give details of what you would like in exchange and make sure to include a contact number in case any clarification is required.
Please post the items back to us at your own cost, and by your own method of choice; your exchange or refund will be processed once received.
Clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the words “GOODS RETURN RELIEF” and complete the customs paperwork as required.
- A CN22 form must be filled in if returning goods with a value up to £270.
- A CN23 form must be filled in if returning goods with a value above £270.
These can be filled in online at postoffice.co.uk or at your local post office.
If these steps are not completed correctly, delivery to us may be unsuccessful. Please note that these are guidelines only. Buttercups Uniforms have no association with the customs process and cannot be responsible for parcels returned to you neither refund this to you. In that situation, please contact your courier directly.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for return postage. For your own security, we recommend that parcels be posted using recorded delivery. We regret we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit back to us.

Guidelines for CN22 form

1. Sender's name and address are mandatory – include your full name and address including postcode
2a. Content Type are mandatory- Please tick Returned Goods
2b. Content Description of contents are mandatory – include an accurate description of each item enclosed. This will help to avoid delays or customs officials needing to open your item.
3. Value, quantity and weight of each item are mandatory – details can be found on your invoice
4. Total quantity is mandatory – add the total number of items within your package
5. Total weight is mandatory – this is the total weight of your item. If you don’t know and can’t easily find out, weigh your package and complete in branch
6. Total value is mandatory – this is the total value of all the items in the package. Write the value in British Pounds (GBP)
7. HS tariff number – this can be found on your invoice
8. VAT reg number / EORI number – are mandatory for businesses only – If your business has both, please use the EORI number
9. Signature and date are mandatory – sign and date the form
