Sizing Guide

Our uniforms are cut to standard, high street sizing. If you are a UK 12 in most high street shops we recommend you get a size UK 12 with us. If you are between two sizes we recommend getting the larger size for comfort while working. If a tunic is a tighter fitting tunic we will let you know in the Product Details section on the product page.

Please check out our sizing chart for further information. There are two sizing charts available; a Medical chart and a Beauty, Spa & Pharmacy chart. Please note the measurements are garment measurements not body measurements so if you measure exactly a size 12 you will need a size 14 for the garment to fit on you without overstretching the garment.

Most of our styles are stock in size 06 - 24, we do offer some styles up to a size 30.

If you are looking for 26 - 30 and don't see something suitable on our website please give our customer care team a call for assistance on, +353 1 219 0215 or UK Low-Call number 0844 9100 865

Important notes to read before you order your uniform

Notes on Measuring and Choosing the Correct Size

Measuring your Bust

  1. Wear a good fitting bra.
  2. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust for a measurement.

Measuring your Waist

  1. Wrap the tape around the smallest part of the waist.
  2. For low waist trousers measure 2” down from the natural waist.

Measuring the Hips

  1. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest round of the back side.

Measuring the Leg Length

  1. The measurement should be taken from the inner crotch to the floor barefoot.

How to Choose the Correct Size Tunic

  1. Take your measurements and compare them to the chart.
  2. If you have a fuller/bigger bust than the chart but the waist and hips measurement are okay, take the next size up to fit the bust. The waist and hips will be a little looser.
  3. If you have fuller/bigger hips than the chart but the bust and waist are okay, take a size up to fit the hips. Bust and waist will be a little looser.
  4. If your waist is fuller/bigger than the hips/bust measurement you will need to take a size up to that fits your waist. In this case the bust and hips will be a little looser.

How to Choose the Correct Size Trousers

  1. Please make sure you use your low waist measurement when choosing a trouser size and not your natural waist.
  2. Compare your hips size to the chart, the hips are the fullest part of the garment.
  3. If you have a fuller waist than the size that fits your hips you will need to go up to find the matching waist size, in this case hips will be looser.
  4. If you have a smaller waist than the matching hip size, match your hips size, the waist will be looser.
  5. Check your inside leg measurement for length.
