Sizing Guide

Sizing Guide

Our uniforms are cut to standard, high street sizing. If you are a UK 12 in most high street shops we recommend you get a size UK 12 with us. If you are between two sizes we recommend getting the larger size for comfort while working. If a tunic is a tighter fitting tunic we will let you know in the Product Details section on the product page.

Charts

Please check out our sizing chart for further information. There are two sizing charts available; a Medical chart and a Beauty, Spa & Pharmacy chart. Please note the measurements are garment measurements not body measurements so if you measure exactly a size 12 you will need a size 14 for the garment to fit on you without overstretching the garment.

Additional sizes

Most of our styles are stock in size 06 - 24, we do offer some styles up to a size 30.

How to choose the
correct size Tunic

  1. Take your measurements and compare them to the chart.
  2. If you have a fuller/bigger bust than the chart but the waist and hips measurement are okay, take the next size up to fit the bust. The waist and hips will be a little looser.
  3. If you have fuller/bigger hips than the chart but the bust and waist are okay, take a size up to fit the hips. Bust and waist will be a little looser.
  4. If your waist is fuller/bigger than the hips/bust measurement you will need to take a size up to that fits your waist. In this case the bust and hips will be a little looser.

How to choose the
correct size Trousers

  1. Please make sure you use your low waist measurement when choosing a trouser size and not your natural waist.
  2. Compare your hips size to the chart, the hips are the fullest part of the garment.
  3. If you have a fuller waist than the size that fits your hips you will need to go up to find the matching waist size, in this case hips will be looser.
  4. If you have a smaller waist than the matching hip size, match your hips size, the waist will be looser.
  5. Check your inside leg measurement for length.
