Buttercups Uniforms Ltd Galentine's Day Selfie Contest - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Buttercups Uniforms Ltd Galentine's Day Selfie Contest is open to all clients of Buttercups Uniforms Ltd, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Buttercups Uniforms Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period: The Contest will commence on February 14th, 2024 and will conclude on February 29th, 2024 at 11:59 PM [Dublin time]. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must submit a team selfie or a selfie of themselves wearing Buttercups Uniforms Ltd's uniforms. Entries can be submitted by uploaded to Buttercups Uniforms Ltd's website or platform using the designated Contest submission form. Each participant may submit several entries in photo or video format.
Content Guidelines:
- All entries must be original and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- Entries must not contain any explicit or offensive content, as determined by Buttercups Uniforms Ltd.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant Buttercups Uniforms Ltd the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes.
Prize: One winning team will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme. The winning team will receive surprise gifts valued at €250 are waiting for you. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. The actual nature of the prize will be announced to the winning team separately.
Winner Selection: The winning team will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Buttercups Uniforms Ltd. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
Winner Notification: The winning team will be notified via email or direct message within seven (7) days of the end of the Contest Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winning team agrees to allow Buttercups Uniforms Ltd to use their names or the name of the company they work for, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except for the contest prize.
General Conditions:
- Buttercups Uniforms Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Buttercups Uniforms Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical malfunctions.
- Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The Contest and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dublin, Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
