When is an exchange or refund not possible?
If you return your item to us later than 28 days from receipt of your order.
If your items are dirty or damaged from your personal use.
If your items are custom made, embroidered or are clearance items.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in any of the above conditions we will advise you. If you want these items returned to you, we will request that you cover the delivery cost.
