Please make sure you use your low waist measurement when choosing a trouser size and not your natural waist.
Compare your hips size to the chart, the hips are the fullest part of the garment.
If you have a fuller waist than the size that fits your hips you will need to go up to find the matching waist size, in this case hips will be looser.
If you have a smaller waist than the matching hip size, match your hips size, the waist will be looser.
Check your inside leg measurement for length.
